02What I collect — and why
When you fill in the quote form: your name, email and whatever you write in the message. I use this only to reply to you and send a quote. Legal basis: to enter into an agreement with you, and my legitimate interest in answering your enquiry.
Cookies and measurement tools — only if you say yes: Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics and Google Ads. They help me with marketing and with seeing how the site is used, so I can make it better. Legal basis: your consent. You choose in the cookie bar and can change your mind at any time.
03Who I share data with
To run and measure the site I use a few external services that may process data on my behalf:
- Netlify — web hosting and form handling
- Meta Platforms — Meta Pixel (ad measurement)
- Microsoft — Clarity (site statistics)
- Google — Google Analytics (site statistics) and Google Ads (ad measurement)
Some of them may transfer data to the USA. This happens with the safeguards the law requires (EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the Data Privacy Framework). I never sell your data.
04How long I keep it
Quote enquiries are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Cookie and measurement data lasts as long as each service specifies.
05Your rights
You have the right to know what data I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to processing, to receive it (data portability), and to withdraw your consent at any time. Just email hello@antonjerkeby.com.
If you're unhappy with how I handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY.
06Cookies — how to control them
The first time you visit, you choose whether to allow cookies for marketing and statistics. If you pick "No thanks", no measurement tools load at all. If you change your mind you can reset your choice here, and I will ask again next time you are on the site.

If this policy changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
