ESL and FACEIT wanted a player story about MaiL09, Liam, a young Swedish player people had been talking about. The film was for the esports audience on YouTube.
How I solved it
I interviewed Liam and let his own story carry the film. The visual language follows esports, but the portrait is about the person behind the player.
